Established in 2021 as a Property Management Company, we strategically adjusted our focus to short-term rentals in response to the substantial surge in domestic travel during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through our Master Lease Partnership Agreement, we have forged partnerships with both Residential and Commercial Landlords. Our dedication involves guaranteeing a steady flow of income for property owners, thus alleviating concerns related to tenant rent defaults or the necessity of eviction proceedings.

At the entrance of every unit, we've installed Ring video cameras that monitor around the clock. Inside each unit, noise detector devices are in place, alerting our local on-site support team if noise levels surpass a set decibel threshold. Additionally, smart locks have been installed on each door. For each guest, a unique code is generated, and these codes are deleted once the guest checks out.

In-House Cleaning Staff

We hire all our cleaning staff directly, without outsourcing to another company. This approach allows us to maintain the highest level of quality control over our cleaning standards and uphold professional-level cleanliness after each guest's stay. Our staff undergoes thorough training to pay attention to even the smallest details because we understand the crucial role cleanliness plays in earning 5-star reviews.
